- Time Commitment: 9am - 3pm / 2or3 days per week Monday to Friday at our National Office Market St, Sydney
The Customer Service and Administration Support Volunteer role is vital in the work of the Supporter Care Team. The Supporter Care Team (SCT) manages all aspects of contact with supporters, primarily sponsors, regular givers and one-off donors.
The role specifically ensures all correspondence received is compliant with The Smith Family privacy and child protection responsibilities.
Being an Admin Support volunteer in our National Office located in Market St, Sydney is a valuable and important role and ensures the Supporter Care team are providing TSF supporters, sponsors, donors and the general public with a high level of customer service.
Key responsibilities:
• Ensure correspondence is compliant with TSF privacy and child protection responsibilities
• Accurate Data is verified and recorded into the TSF CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
• Editing inappropriate correspondence as required
• Arranging the timely dispatch of mail
• Assisting in sorting and checking incoming mail against defined criteria
• General administration activities
